ZETLIAN BAKERY, INC. — A FAMILY TRADITION SINCE 1972
Founded by Kayzak Zetlian in 1972, Zetlian Bakery, Inc. began as a small retail bakery in Hollywood, California. Rooted in a family tradition of artisan baking, Kayzak motivated by a passion for creating fresh, high-quality baked goods, carried forward the craft he learned from his father, steadily growing the business into a thriving wholesale operation.
After graduating from college, brothers Shant and Hrag Zetlian joined the family business, continuing its legacy with the same dedication and vision that started Zetlian Bakery. Today, more than 50 years later, Zetlian Bakery proudly stands as a multi-generational operation experiencing continuous growth while staying true to the family’s core values: exceptional quality, consistency, and reliability.
From our SQF-Certified, 50,000+ square-foot facility in California, we produce and ship a wide range of all-natural baked products using only the freshest ingredients. Our streamlined processes allow us to maintain the highest standards while maximizing efficiency, ensuring that we meet deadlines to fulfill 100% of our orders and deliver the products our partners trust and rely upon.
Over the decades, Zetlian Bakery has become a preferred supplier to major retailers such as Costco, Smart & Final, Ralphs, Vons, Trader Joe’s, and many more. We take great pride in every project and partnership, and remain committed to excellence in everything we do.

Launched in August 2024, rooted in family tradition and time-honored recipes, Haflé Foods is dedicated to sharing the vibrant culture and flavors of the Mediterranean, designed to bring people together.
