Zetlian Bakery, Inc., founded by Kayzak Zetlian in 1972, began as a small retail bakery in Hollywood and steadily grew into a thriving wholesale operation. Rooted in a family tradition of artisan baking, Kayzak carried forward the craft he learned from his father—motivated by a passion for creating fresh, high-quality baked goods for everyone.
After graduating college, brothers Shant and Hrag Zetlian joined the family business, continuing its legacy with the same dedication and vision. Today, more than 50 years later, Zetlian Bakery proudly stands as a multi-generation operation that has experienced continuous growth while staying true to its core values: exceptional quality, consistency, and reliability.
From our SQF-Certified, 50,000+ square-foot facility in California, we produce and ship a wide range of all-natural baked products using only the freshest ingredients. Our streamlined processes allow us to maintain the highest standards while maximizing efficiency—ensuring that we meet deadlines fulfill 100% of our orders, and deliver products our partners can trust.
Over the decades, Zetlian Bakery has become a preferred supplier to major retailers such as Costco, Smart & Final, Ralphs, Vons, Trader Joe’s, and many more. We take great pride in every project and partnership, and remain committed to excellence in everything we do.

In Arabic, “Haflé” means celebration — and that’s exactly what we aim to bring to your table. Launched in August 2024, Haflé Foods is our new brand devoted to sharing the vibrant flavors of the Mediterranean.
Rooted in family tradition and time-honored recipes, we create foods designed to bring people together. Our fully cooked, frozen falafel — offered in multiple sizes and bold flavor varieties — delivers authentic taste with modern convenience.
