By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Website Use
You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. Unauthorized use, including attempting to gain access to restricted areas, misuse of content, or interference with website operations, is strictly prohibited.
2. Customer Types
HAFLE Foods serves:
- Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) customers for personal use
- Wholesale / Foodservice (B2B) customers including restaurants, retailers, distributors, and hospitality operators
Additional terms may apply to wholesale accounts, invoices, and custom pricing.
3. Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability and may be modified, discontinued, or updated at any time without notice. Product images and descriptions are for reference only and may vary slightly from the delivered product.
4. Orders & Payments
Direct-to-Consumer Orders
- Payment is required at the time of purchase.
- Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
- Applicable taxes and shipping fees may apply.
Wholesale / Foodservice Orders
- Wholesale pricing is available to approved accounts only.
- Minimum order quantities (MOQs), lead times, and payment terms may apply.
- Payment terms may include prepayment, Net 7, Net 15, or Net 30, as agreed in writing.
- Late payments may be subject to service charges.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, availability issues, or suspected misuse.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. HAFLE Foods is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed over to the carrier.
For wholesale deliveries, customers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon receipt and reporting issues immediately.
6. Returns, Refunds & Credits
DTC Orders
Due to the perishable nature of food products, all sales are final. Refunds or replacements will be considered only if products arrive damaged or defective. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
Wholesale / Foodservice Orders
All wholesale sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Credits or replacements are issued at HAFLE Foods’ discretion.
7. Food Safety & Allergen Disclaimer
Our products may be manufactured in facilities that process sesame, nuts, gluten, soy, dairy, and other allergens.
Ingredient and allergen information is provided for convenience. Customers are responsible for reviewing product labels and ensuring suitability for their intended use.
HAFLE Foods is not responsible for allergic reactions or improper handling, storage, or preparation of products after delivery.
8. Wholesale Handling & Storage Responsibility
Wholesale customers are responsible for:
- Proper storage according to provided product guidelines
- Compliance with all applicable health and food safety regulations
- Proper labeling, handling, and preparation once products are received
HAFLE Foods is not liable for issues arising from improper storage or handling after delivery.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including trademarks, logos, packaging designs, text, images, and graphics, is the exclusive property of HAFLE Foods and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
10. Third-Party Links
Our website may include links to third-party websites. HAFLE Foods does not control or endorse these sites and is not responsible for their content or practices.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HAFLE Foods shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
